SURVIVAL STRATEGY AGAINST ALL ODDS !

SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST ! This is a very popular “ Quote “ which all of us are very much familiar with. .We all started hearing this “ QUOTE” since we were kids of say 8th standard or so I believe. Perhaps, our Parents felt that it was the best time and age when their respective wards will start beginning to understand the same. That is being SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST!
Besides Parents telling us , we also have been experiencing the same at various stages of our life, spanning from being a middle school student and till to date. I personally feel It is very much necessary to understand this” Quote “ while being a school student itself. The reason being, it pushes one to develop and adapt to any situations be it favorable or unfavorable. And finally helps a person to come out as a winner all the way.
So, now coming to the question of why I chose this title and picture shown above. It truly conveys and agrees with what I want to convey.. Few days back I was out for my usual grocery shopping. The road was full of a sea of people and vehicles { THOUGH CORONA STILL IS THERE } not to be forgotten at all … I went inside a Grocery store where I usually buy the essentials needed for my kitchen. As I entered with my mask on , my body temperature was checked, followed by Sanitizing my Hands and finally I was given disposable gloves to wear. So all the measures taken care of I started shopping. There were very few people inside the shop. Pre-covid in the same shop there used to be lots of lots of people with a hustle bustle everywhere. Thanks to the pandemic , for all the wonders it has done in all our lives. So after i was done with my shopping I came out of the shop.. So while walking I kept wondering how in this pandemic people with not so much big enterprising business would survive. .It was really a terrible feeling I must say. Not a pleasant one to ponder.
So with a strong sense of melancholy I was walking , and there something suddenly caught my eyes.There was a TVS — XL 100 moped parked over there aside from the road. TVS Moped used to be very very popular in the 90s before Honda Activa scooter invaded the Two wheeler market.
So guys !!! If you observe that picture I have posted of that vehicle , one can see many things arranged in an orderly manner on both the seats .. Amazing! I thought.I was curious to see what stuff was arranged in such an orderly manner.

The back seat had a big container of coffee .The carrier had snacks like murukku { a type of Indian snack } and savories. There was a box of tea bags for people who prefer to drink tea to coffee .In the gap between the handlebar and the seat ,there is a gap . That small space too has been utilized to keep a flask which contains hot water. And in the handlebar many plastic bags were hanging with plastic disposable cups and plates inside it. And also water bottles were there to be used as and when required.
So the whole vehicle has been utilized perfectly with no space to be left out. And also all the items are tightly tied up with wires to avoid falling and spilling at any time. I was stunned by the idea of this person . WHAT AN IDEA SIR JI ! was my instant thought that came to my mind.The owner of this business was also standing nearby waiting with lots of patience,in the hope to do some business by selling the snacks and tea or coffee . And his business hours start from early hours of a day. Not to mention about the fiery hot sun which is unavoidable.
There is no assurance that he will finish selling out his stuff completely. Also there is no working hours concept like 8 hrs or so. Whenever he feels there are no customers to buy his stuff he will just have to wind up all the things in a systematic manner and move on . No guarantee of steady income too. The next day he may have to again start afresh selling the stuff in the same manner.. But, maybe the next day he would sell in some other different place to get more customers . But honestly i felt his survival tactics is something to be appreciated.
The Bottom line is PANDEMIC or NO PANDEMIC the above mentioned person belongs to the category -SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST ! There are plenty and plenty of such people everywhere on this whole planet . And like me each and everyone must have come across such people with superb survival instincts i’m sure.

In the similar manner when He /She irrespective of the age when thrown against any odds learns to survive that particular situation. Then He/ She align with the quote :
